Whistle-blower asking the F.B.I. if they received and kept the emails which were sent in 2015 and if they ever launched a criminal investigation against McDonald’s Corporation
On 2022-04-20, I sent an email to the F.B.I. to ask them if they ever received the emails I sent them back in 2015 regarding the major case targeting McDonald’s Corporation.
I also ask the F.B.I. if they ever launched a criminal investigation targeting the transnational criminal enterprise.

SUBJECT: Has the FBI ever received the emails I sent in 2015?
Note: the email has been redacted for readability and privacy.
Dear Messrs. Rogalski and Manjarrez,
Did the F.B.I. ever receive the emails I sent back in 2015?
For example, in one of the email I sent to the F.B.I. on December 16, 2015, I am politely and respectfully asking the F.B.I. to “Please start a criminal investigation against McDonald’s and their executives. I have lots of evidence to support my claims.”
Did the F.B.I. ever launch a criminal investigation targeting McDonald’s Corporation and/or its subsidiary companies and/or other affiliated companies (like their suppliers) for fraud and/or money laundering and/or corruption of foreign officials?
Please answer me.
According to Article II of the Attorney General Guidelines for Victim and Witness Assistance, “A strong presumption exists in favor of providing, rather than withholding, assistance and services to victims of crime. Federal statutes define mandatory services and court enforceable rights for federal crime victims that establish a minimum baseline for the Department’s obligation to crime victims. Department personnel are encouraged to provide additional assistance to crime victims where appropriate and within available resources, as situations warrant.” (I emphasize).
Again, can you answer me? Please!
If you refuse to let me know, can you tell me why you refuse to answer me?
Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
X.
